- Pick a symptom you experienced in the past or presently. Can you place it in the „points & phases“ model?
- Do you find a recurring pattern to be active?
- Might there be a Cell Danger Response going on?
- If you found out: What would your bodymind need to get, in order to heal and become resilient?
Attention: this is basically what we do and help people with in META-Health. Seeing this clearly for yourself is often not easy at all! Therefore we suggest you have an experience with a coaching session done by a META-Health Practitioner.
