Task
1. Read the article "Hormones and Qualities of Love" that explains the scale and gives some more examples! In the following lessons we’ll go into details to understand the “levels of conflicts and values”.
2. Here’s another article on the topic of moods, drivers and meanings: "Why do I get depressive?". Perhaps you can reevaluate a “negative” trait or episode in your life, too?
3. Use the balancing tools when you feel fearful, angry or “hyper”, and find out which work best for you!
Please ask questions about this material in our chatgroup!

We discuss different forms of manic and depressive states, strategies to rebalance them, and a client case showing physical symptoms and mental states that reflect a territorial constellation.
Task
1. What can trigger you into a manic or a low state, and how do they look/feel for you?
- Explore situations, conflict partners, VAKOG triggers: what part of you feels vulnerable and is neglected or confirmed before your scale tips over?
- What meaning or function does that state have for you?
- Could you switch it back, and how did that happen? Which tool or strategy resonates with you?
2. Read the Celine Dion case study that Sandra prepared and make up your mind about the given information. - How could her symptoms be interpreted in the light of her background?
- What questions for her would be meaningful to confirm your thoughts?
- How might you approach such a case practically?
3. Try the Cerebral Cortex Quiz!

We explore and discuss the case study “Celine Dion – Stiff Person Syndrome” together.
