Task
1. Remember the case example "Scotoma and tinnitus" and compare it to the example "Panic and paranoia".
2. Our expectations co-create our reality, and they may well be based in real-life experience and in trauma. Paranoia is merely a logical avoidance mechanism. But our brain can exaggerate and even invent threats, which is then termed “pathological”. Think about how you evaluate the difference – what are the factors that make you believe that avoidance and fear are appropriate in a situation? When and how do you see the possibility to relieve and change the reaction?
3. Do you have own experiences with “paranoia” or “phobia”? Try to find imprinting UDINs and to adjust the beliefs, based on new input and available resources!
