- "Panic for abandonment",
2. Do you recognize your fear triggers (sensations/situations)? Are you aware of their background in your or your ancestors’ history? How does your mind expect and predict things to be feared – do you recognize your self-talk and beliefs? Try to track your mind pattern back!
