Circulatory – Coronary Veins (intima)
Anatomy:
The coronary circulation is the circulation that supplies blood to and from the heart muscle itself, inside the circulatory system of the body.. Although blood fills the chambers of the heart, the muscle tissue is so thick that it requires coronary blood vessels to deliver blood deep into it. The vessels that deliver oxygen-rich blood to the myocardium are known as coronary arteries. The vessels that remove the deoxygenated blood from the heart muscle are known as cardiac veins. The coronary veins lead the venous blood of the heart back in the right side of the heart. From there the blood flows into the lungs through the lung arteries, where it becomes enriched with blood.
The cardiac veins mostly run parallel to the coronary arteries. However, the venous backstream is carried out by 3 systems:
- The major part of the venous blood is led by the sinus-coronarius-system into the right atrium.
- The transmural system is made up out of smaller branches on the surface of the heart which breach the heart wall above the tricuspid valve and lead directly into the right atrium.
- The endomural system consists of veins from the inner myokardium layer which lead directly into different heart chambers.

Relay:
A) Cerebral Cortex/Plexus Cardiacus ( – / + ) for intima and AV node stimulation
insular region, cardiac veins intima at “9 o´clock”
B ) Cerebral Medulla/Plexus Cardiacus ( – / + ) for vessel walls/connective tissue/valvesheart region in central area, brain-organ relation uncrossed!
C) Midbrain/Plexus Cardiacus (+/0) for muscle layer

Theme
Conflict nuances:
A1) Sexual frustration/loss of love (feminine perception) or sexual conflict
A2) Loss of territory/rank (male perception): can be family-related, sexually-related or profession-related
B ) Supply for survival (blood-“chunk”-transport)
C) Self-esteem, Autonomy, Pride
Emotions and Thoughts
A1) CC: Jealousy or self-abandonment
- I gave up my heart
- Why doesn’t he want me?
- You don’t love me anymore.
- My life has lost it’s meaning.
- I’m just a sex object for him.
- I have been defiled.
A2) CC: Indignation, panic, hate - My domain has been invaded.
- They took my place!
- I have to fight for my status!
- He stole my woman.
- It’s over for me.
- My life lost it’s meaning.
B ) MB: Panic - The heart must get oxygen!
C) CM: Worry - Do I do enough for my heart?
- Can my heart do it?
META-Meaning
Now I can decide to open up for being free.
Now I can decide to open up for feeling the true meaning of love.
I totally love and accept myself as I am.
Organ
The relay is shared with the mucosa in mouth & neck of the uterus, as well as vaginal & rectal libido.
Sensitivity change: - in cardiac veins intima according to IS with hyperesthesia in stress phase,
- in cervix mucosa and libido according to OS with hyperesthesia in regeneration phase.
Stress Phase Symptoms:
Ulceration of the tunica intima of the cardiac veins, accompanied by tachycardia, stinging heart pain and angina pectoris (pressure around the heart due to smooth muscle reaction of the coronary vessels)
In case of a sexuality-related conflict, the cervix mucosa reacts with painless ulceration and a depression of oestrogen, leading to decreased fertility or amenorrhea. Manic moods possible.
Regeneration Phase Symptoms
Tissue repair with help of cholesterol, thrombus formation is possible. The swelling in the mucosa of the coronary veins intima is not painful due to hypesthesia, but could lead to occlusion and emboly when KCT are stress-active.
When cervix mucosa is affected simultaneously, it’s repair is painful due to hyperesthesia (OS) and can bleed. Depressive moods are possible. Ovulation returns. Under unfavourable circumstances (prolonged regeneration and missing signal of termination) a cervix carcinoma can develop.
Healing peak
Independent on the length of the stress phase, the healing peak occurs latest 3-6 weeks after the regeneration trigger. Short-termed mania, heart pain, tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation (because of the affection of the AV node stimulation) accompanied by panic and feeling of annihilation, possibly unconsciousness/absence. A ventricular tachycardia, re-entry tachycardia or infarction might be diagnosed. Due to spasms of the vessel wall muscle there is a great risk of pulmonary embolism with dyspnea.
After the healing peak, patients often experience extreme fatigue.
Biological Meaning
The biological essence lies in the expansion of coronary veins (in stress phase) that results in the enhancement of blood flow and the improvement of heart performance during territorial fights/sexual intercourses.
Social:
Examples
Sexual frustration conflict or not feeling loved:
- Parents tell their child that he was an unwanted baby
- A woman has been raped throughout her childhood. She later has nymphomanic tendencies but gets no children of her own. (Klapp)
- A woman is left by her lover for another woman. Her heart symptoms trigger worry about her health, resulting in pericardium reactions. (Klapp)
Loss of territory: - The wife separates from the man (possibly she has another lover)
- A dismissal from work
- Having a new supervisor at work
- Formerly, there was only one family physician in the village, but now, there are two more doctors. Depending on the individual’s personality, it can be experienced as an existential angst.
Additional Information
Warning: When this type of conflict is constantly stress-active during more than 9 months, the conflict mass might be so big that the healing peak may kill the person. This is often prevented by adopting a territorial constellation (see below) which keeps the conflict mass (and physical symptoms) on a lower level.
Possible Constellations:
Death-Seeking: together with Coronary Arteries relay. Interest in death and afterlife. Suicidal thoughts and risk of suicide in mania. Fearlessness, giving oneself up for a greater purpose. Positive: Unconditional love
If together with aggressive constellation, possibly suicidal assassin.
Nymphomania: together with Coronary Arteries relay, if both conflicts had a sexual theme. Flirting and constant attraction of transitory lovers. Frigidity and often reduced potency. Positive: Unconditional love
These schizophrenic constellations show manic, depressive or bipolar moods, depending on conflict impact and hormone affection: - impact left hemisphere= reduced oestrogen release, mania;
- impact right hemisphere: reduced androgen release, depression
Differential Diagnosis
Heart – Coronary Arteries and AV node (Cerebral Cortex, Plexus Cardiacus, -/+) with heart arrythmia and angina pectoris in the stress phase (loss of rank/love); and bradycardia, possibly heart arrest, absence, heart pain in the healing peak
Endocardium (Cerebral Medulla, Plexus Cardiacus, -/+) with reduced heart performance due to valve insufficiency in stress phase (performance self-devaluation), painful endocarditis in regeneration phase
Myocardium/Ventricular (Cerebral Medulla, Plexus Cardiacus, -/+) with reduced heart performance due to local paralysis in the stress phase (overwhelm/support), myocardium infarction in healing peak
Myocardium/Atrium(Midbrain, Plexus Cardiacus, +/0) with atrial tachycardia and fibrillation in regeneration phase (after overwhelm/survival)
Pericardium (Cerebellum, Plexus Cardiacus, +/-) with feeling of pressure or “armored heart” in stress phase (protection of the heart), cardiac insufficiency due to effusion in regeneration phase
